ER, urgent care, or your clinic?

Most people do not go to the emergency room too often. They go too late. The three-way choice is simpler than it feels, and it is worth understanding before you need it. Match the level of care to the problem — when two look possible, choose the higher one.

Diagnosis in one visit

01
Imaging and lab on site

CT, X-ray and a laboratory in the building, staffed around the clock, with mobile ultrasound. Severe abdominal pain gets answered during your visit rather than becoming a scan appointment next week.

02
Emergency physicians, every hour

Not a clinic with extended hours. A licensed emergency department with emergency-trained physicians and nurses on site at 3 AM.

03
Physician-led

These facilities are run by the people who practice in them, which is why staffing is set by how busy it actually gets rather than by an average.

What a visit costs, honestly

Emergency care costs more than a clinic visit — that is real, and it is exactly why the guide above is worth reading first. But cost should never be the reason someone talks themselves out of care for chest pain, stroke symptoms, or difficulty breathing.

Billing, plainly →
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HEALTHPASS

The bill is the part people dread. This is what we did about it.

HealthPass is a healthcare membership — not insurance. It pays the copays, deductibles and coinsurance your insurer assigns for eligible visits at our participating facilities, and it applies to visits you have already had, not only the ones ahead of you.

Visits already behind you

An eligible visit you have already made can be paid for. That is unusual, and it is the part worth knowing if a bill has already arrived.

The visit in front of you

Come in first and sort the money afterwards. Nobody is turned away, and no cost question is settled at the door.

And the ones after that

Membership keeps paying those costs for future eligible visits at participating facilities, so the next emergency is not also a calculation.

HealthPass is a separate company and it is not insurance. It is a membership that works alongside the insurance you already have — never in place of it. You do not need it to be seen here; our doors work the same either way. What it covers, the price and the sign-up all live on their own site, because the product should make its own claims.

PARTNER NETWORK

Join our physician and strategic partner network

Instinctive Healthcare Solutions develops and operates physician-led emergency and primary care facilities in Arizona. We are always open to new partners — and we would rather talk to you about a specific site than send you a brochure.

End-to-end development

Feasibility, site selection, design, construction oversight, and licensing. We have taken facilities through this sequence and know which steps run in parallel and which cannot.

Licensing and compliance, owned

State licensing, CMS certification, CLIA, and the continuing obligations after opening. This is the phase that most often determines an opening date.

Operations that outlast the launch

Staffing models, standard work, throughput, transfer agreements, vendor management.

The back office

Billing and collections, accounting and financial management, and human resources — the disciplines that close clinically excellent facilities when they are neglected.
