Primary care and prevention

Routine checkups and preventive care — thorough evaluations, routine screenings, and personalized guidance, so concerns get caught early rather than late.
Chronic condition management — structured care and regular follow-up for diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, focused on reducing complications and keeping daily life normal.
Physical exams — annual, employment, school, and general wellness.
Wellness visits — preventive care and longer-term health planning.
On-site lab testing — results without a trip to a second facility.
Vaccinations and immunizations — childhood and adult.
Family medicine for all ages.

Urgent care for things that cannot wait for an appointment

No appointment needed, and far cheaper than an emergency room, for conditions that are not emergencies:

•Common illnesses — flu, infections, respiratory complaints
•Minor injuries — cuts, sprains, minor burns
•Sudden illness — needing same-day attention

What urgent care is not for: chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, or major injury. Those need the emergency room next door, or 911.

A clinic and an emergency room at one address

Most people have to guess which building to drive to. Here you do not: primary and urgent care in Suite 100, and a 24/7 emergency room in the same building. If we assess you and you need emergency care, it is a walk down the corridor rather than another drive.
