Urgent care
CLINIC HOURSCommon illnesses, flu, infections, respiratory complaints · minor cuts, sprains and burns · same-day evaluation for sudden illness that is not an emergency.
Where: Fountain Hills Medical Center, Suite 100.
Not for: chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, major injury.
Primary care
CLINIC HOURSRoutine checkups and preventive care · chronic condition management for diabetes, hypertension and heart disease · physical exams for work, school and annual wellness · vaccinations and immunizations · on-site lab testing.
Where: Fountain Hills Medical Center · Mercy Grace, Gilbert.
Pediatrics
CLINIC HOURSWell-child exams and developmental monitoring · sick visits · immunizations · newborn and infant care · school and sports physicals · minor injury and wound care · allergy and asthma care.
Imaging and laboratory
CT, X-ray and a laboratory at both emergency rooms, staffed around the clock, with mobile ultrasound. On-site lab testing at the clinics.
This is the difference between an answer during your visit and a referral for a scan next week.
Which service do I need?
Most people do not go to the emergency room too often. They go too late. The three-way choice is simpler than it feels — and when two levels look possible, choose the higher one.
